Useful emergency information for cyclists

Unfortunately accidents happen despite our best efforts to avoid them. I thought it important to write a blog post on what to do in case of emergency.

I would always suggest my clients should ring my number +306945705743 first. Depending on the situation and severity I can help send the appropriate help to your location. If the issue is a small case such as a chain derailment, I may come in person to help you out on site. If the issue is of a more serious nature and I will be unable to fix it on the fly, I will then send you a replacement bicycle by transport truck.

In the case that you are not able to reach me and require a replacement bicycle, please find the numbers of the transport trucks I cooperate with here. Mention that you are my clients and they will know to pick up the bikes from my shop and bring them to you where you instruct them to do so.

In the case that there are injuries, please find some more useful information. If the person is able to walk/sit in a car, I would recommend calling one of the transport trucks above to bring the person back in the passenger seat along with the bicycle in the back of the truck. There is a pharmacy right next to my shop and the minor emergency clinic is very close by also. This is the fastest option since the release of the ambulance usually requires a bureaucratic procedure.
